Since this story surfaced, I've been patiently waiting for the'heads to weight in on it. Not a whisper yet which typically means they're on board but, just can't outright say they are. There's only one word that describes the notion Scalia proposed...SUPPRESSION. Then, it'll morph right back into SEGREGATION. He's not the only one who feels this way about blacks, though. Good black people that work hard everyday, cause no trouble, help anyone they can (especially whites), pay taxes, pay in to social security so that someone of age can draw....ARE INFINITELY HATED, STILL, due to political affiliation.

You know, back in the slavery days, blacks weren't even allowed to read and we're punished if caught trying to. To think that people fix their mouths and say there's no racism, and, that we're no longer in bondage honestly laughable. Scalia wants to step all over blacks' FREEDOM TO CHOOSE where they'd like to attend college if academically able. They have the audacity to accuse the President of trying to take their freedoms. Just wow.
