When you take a verse out of the Bible without reading the whole chapter you don't get the full meaning. Go back and read the fourth verse of II Corinthians, chapter two. In it it says"                                   

4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

The 23rd Psalm is not about another Jesus nor is it another doctrine so your comment is moot and shows that you lack a clear understanding of the scriptures. Got to go now, we will finish this conversation a little later today.

We don't read the Bible, we STUDY the Bible. For every verse in the Bible, there are at least half a dozen others that support it in different contexts. He wants to take what makes him feel real good and work it over to make it right....FOR HIM. Well, there is no respect of person with God and none of these people were talking this much about THE BIBLE before the current RELIGIOUS WARS took off right here on our soil. This is undeniable proof that God knows how to get His word into circulation and, when this happens, His word will not return unto Him void...the TRUTH will prevail. What's been in the dark will come to the light. God does not like it when His word is used out of context and Ted Cruz is THE MASTER of this. This man talks about being pro-life when it comes to abortions and baby parts but, says in the same context that "we're gonna find out if sand can glow at night...we're gonna bomb them to an oblivion!!!" Well, that doesn't sound quite like pro-life to me, buddy, 'cause you're gonna kill A LOT of innocent children as well as adults.

That said, Obama's current campaign with the drones is doing enough collateral damage in terms of un-targeted casualties. But, he's not parading around talking about how he's gonna drop the bomb on 'em and light up the sands and clear the back forty. There's a huge difference and it has everything to do with INTENT...and Ted's intent is simply to just exercise our MIC and kill a bunch of Muslims. Oh, but that's a different kind of life he'd be taking so let's just understand that. When God's fury really starts to kick in, it ain't gonna be pretty for all the war hungry people, and, God will take the least and make them rulers over the strong. Look at how strong Pharaoh and his army was in the Bible. When God had enough, He poured some water on 'em and wiped them out.

This is why I'm holding my peace and allowing God to fight the battle...for it's His and not mine. Amen.

Before you try to judge my faith in Jesus, I suggest you make sure that all your work is not in vane. You see Yellowdog, I don't think I am a Christian, I know I am, but I am also grown man that don't take no crap. Jesus told his followers to be meek, not weak. You idea of Christianity is not according to the scriptures. Who are you to tell anyone about what you think about their salvation. You better be worrying about where you will spend eternity. The church is not foreign to blacks. I grew up in the Church my granddaddy pastored. You never forget all that you were taught, even if you don't live up to all that was instilled in you. Jesus leaves Christians with an avenue to always get things right with him, you simply repent. So while you are still holding on to ill feelings, Jesus has already forgiven me.

It's a waste of time worrying about the LP bigots that were exposed to the WWW years ago. They already know you for what you are.
