Other possible VTRAC-like alternatives.

Published:

VTRAC   =    Digits

   1            0 and 5

   2            1 and 6

   3            2 and 7

   4            3 and 8

   5            4 and 9

-------------- So:

1 = 0 - 9

2 = 1 - 8

3 = 2 - 7

4 = 3 - 6

5 = 4 - 5

-------------

1 = 1-0

2 = 2-9

3 = 3-8

4 = 4-7

5 = 5-6

-----------

1 = 1-2

2 = 3-4

3 = 5-6

4 = 7-8

5 = 9-0

-------------

1 = 0-1

2 = 2-3

3 = 4-5

4 = 6-7

5 = 8-9

Those are the more or less "Logical" variations, but there could be other ones not so "Logical"

These are just to show that there could be other methods that could also be based on 5 digits that also equal 2 digits each.

Which of them or other possible ones would I use? I don't know, maybe "Regular" VTRACs as there is no software for any of the alternatives.

I won't have a chance to look into VTRACs at all for a few days to 1 or 2 weeks, but this time I really will, because I will see if it is possible for me to use them in some way.

Hi Excalibur,
I was looking at your alternative 5 number codes you have.

1 = 0-1

2 = 2-3

3 = 4-5

4 = 6-7

5 = 8-9

I like this one as it goes ascending order.
I use versabet for my code tracking and just have a conversion sheet to look up my conversions.
It is a chore to enter draws manualy but it works just fine.

I slept on this thing and I will only use the old and my new VTRACs as filters and as nothing else, to me they will be just a new series of VTRAC FILTERS and not as a method or system all by itself.
Take a look at my next blog entry.
