I matched the PB & PB jackpot amount

I matched the Powerball on saturday night on a 4$ ticket. Which according to the match 0 of 5 + PB =$4 dollar win so that is cool.
The jackpot value that is always pushed is the annuity which is annoying, do people really go for the annuity? I always go by the cash value jackpot, not annuity.
