We can easily be giving money to foreign governments, terrorists, north korea, jihadists, mafia gang leaders, and any other knucklehead. Yes, We should have lotteries, but the government and states are making the money, not the people, not the education system, not the few players who win, who get half taken for taxes. Really, it is doing any good to anyone in need at all. This entire monopoly game is out of control, and manifest greed and waste at the greatest level. Is'nt it about having some people win a million. That should be plenty of prize. This entire Lottery Boom is a Bust, and well, We are all being fooled.
