There are and there have been many Internet browsers thru-out the years.

Internet Explorer and some others based on it.

Maybe the last time that I used Internet Explorer I used Internet Explorer 6, I use WinXP so I can't use some versions of Internet Explorer.

Anyhow, I didn't much like Internet Explorer version 6 nor any other versions of Internet Explorer that I might have used or tried, if any.

There are browsers not based on neither Internet Explorer nor on Firefox nor on any other browsers, I probably tried some of those and I didn't much like them.

There is the Google Chrome browser  and also other browsers that are based on the Chrome browser, Google is like Microsoft and the government, they want to be everywhere and know everything about everything and they also want to make money on and with everything, I guess that information (data) can be money and power, not to mention security of sorts, that reminds me of good old (RIP) J. Edgar Hoover, while I would like to say that they don't make them like him anymore, they do.

Anyhow, I do much prefer not to use the Chrome browser  and Chrome based browsers and have them know everything that I do and or don't, but they know anyway, there is no way out of that, that also goes for Microsoft with Windows and mostly now with Windows 10 and also with the government not to mention also everybody else out there and in here.

There is Firefox, but they now also want to get into everything and also maybe make a dollar or two.

But they might have changed their mind some about that, also there are the browsers based on Firefox.

Probably there is no such thing as a really secure browser, just as there might also not be a really secure operating system, not only their makers might have put back-doors on all of them, but if not there are those who make their own doors in and out anyway.

They say that rules were made to be broken and I guess that browsers and operating systems were also made to be broken, not to mention Web-Sites, passwords, software, files, Etc.

I like Firefox and browsers based on it maybe because Firefox has been the browser that has given me fewer problems than all the others.

So Firefox and Firefox based browsers is what I use and what I have used for a very long time.

Except for Comodo IceDragon  as I don't trust Comodo.

Try instead:

Or some other based on Firefox.

One thing I don't like is always having to update, browser  and Flash Player versions, I also used to hate having to update Java and directx, but I no longer worry about neither Java nor directx, nowdays Flash Player is the biggest source of problems while browsing the Internet and looking at videos and or trying to like at videos.

While I have no problems looking at videos on YouTube, for some reason I can't look at videos and or at full videos on at Internet T.V. sites, it is upsetting, but I already tried everything that I could think of and I still can't, like if my Web browsers and or operating system are too secure or something, well I least I am O.K. on YouTube and maybe on some other sites were they have videos on their web pages, but not on all sites were they have videos on their Web pages.

Such is life!
