He is a product of Baltimore and very familiar with the problems there. He has all the skills necessary to be a very effective mayor.

The water in Flint was not because of a White Governor and it is just not in Flint. There are other cities in Michigan that has contaminated water. The contamination was caused by poor management, like all the problems the cities have, by having unqualified people, running the government. I don't care if they are Black or White.
