my 3 step workout

First step

Collect last month pairs for that day and whatever pairs you have for the present month for that day example:  i will do Feburary 2016 Sunday's and the present month March 2016, remember these pairs fall on Sunday's, understand you must do this differently on ever draw, midday and evening.

Now you will get pairs for each,ex: 450= 45 50 40, since this will be on my blog and will never be removed, im going to do my whole workout, remember this is my 1st step.
