This is liberal propaganda. The people filming and the people being sprayed and arrested are anarchists, not innocent citizens getting brutalized. It's a good example of the crap police officers have to endure in big cities.

Labeling the people that is suffering an injustice does not take away a person's right for equal protection under the law. Policemen are not above the law.There is a way to restrain an individual that is acting unruly. Spraying pepper spray on an individual in the back of a police van is the same as spraying it on everyone in it that will be arrested. The fumes linger and don't go away immediately. The same rhetoric was used during the Civil Rights movement to justify spraying people(agitators) with water hoses and letting German Shepherds dogs bite men, women, and children. The law is for the Lawless but it is not to be used to violate no ones Civil Rights.
