It seems to me that the main longevity factor is the mind.
Even if your parents and grandparents died more or less young you don't also have to die young.
It seems to me that a person should live to be at least 60 years old, and if you live to be 80 or older then better.
It seems to me that below 60 years is to die young.
How is the mind the main longevity factor? I don't know, but just the same, I think that it is.
Some animals have been known to live longer than humans and also some plants.
