They do not make bumpers like that anymore.
My dad had a work truck of the same year. I had bought a used Ford pickup when I got out of the service of the same model. I still have the ignition key of the pickup.

That truck contains enough metal in the body panels to build the panels for 10 F-150's today, or 20 Fiestas for that matter.
