Now some of my stuff:

Main overview.

---------------------

For the Pick 4 there are 4, 3, 2 and 1 digit filters and for the Pick 3 there are
3, 2 and 1 digit filters.
There are Straight only filters and Boxed + Straight (both) filters.
The 4 digit filters for the pick 4 are for the whole pick 4 number, the 3, 2 and
1 are for portions or positions, threes or triads, twos or pairs and ones or single
digits.
For the pick 3, the 3 digits are filters for the whole number, the 2 digits for
pairs and the 1 digits for single digits.
Now when I say digit filters, I don't just mean numeric digits, but also symbolic
pattern digits.

For 1 digit filters there are 4 positions on the pick 4 Lth, LthM, RthM, RTh and
3 positions on the pick 3 Lth, M, Rth.      Lth = Left,        M = Middle
or Center and      Rth = Right.

For 2 digit filters there are 6 pairs for the pick 4 game they are: Lth, Rth, Middle
or Center, Sides, 1st+3rd position and 2nd+4th position.
For 2 digits on the pick 3 there are 3 pairs: Lth, Rth and Sides.

For 3 digits on the Pick 4 there are 4 Triads (triples), 1+2+3 positions, 2+3+4
positions, 1+2+4 positions and 1+3+4 positions.
For 3 digits on the pick 3 is the whole number XXX.

4 digit filters are for the Pick 4 and is the whole number XXXX.

On the Pick 4 there are 10, 000 straight combos (numbers).
On the Pick 3 there are 1,000 straigth combos and of those 720 are singles like
583 and 270 are doubles like 800 and 10 are triples like 555.
On the Pick 3 there are 220 Boxed or Any order combos and of those 120 are singles
like 902 and 90 are doubles like 114, 10 are triples like 444.

When you play, you will play either for straight combos or boxed ones or for a mix
of both of them.
And when you filter out combos, it will also be done for straight or boxed or for
a mix of them.

Before you filter combos out, you need a source of them, like the 1000 straight
or the 220 boxed ones, or combos that you got from the Lottery Post that somebody
predicted and you want to reduce them some or combos that you got from a lottery
program.
Or maybe you wheeled some digits using either a straight or boxed wheel and now
need to filter them out some.

One digit filters.

Digits by position: Lth, M and Rth positions.
This filter is for filtering out from your source of numbers combinations that have
certain digits by position.
For example if you want to remove all combos that have the 7 and the 4 digits in
the first DXX position and or the 1 and 3 in the second position XDX and or the
9 and the 1 in the third position XXD.

Digits by position: Lowest, Middle and Highest numeric value digits.
For example in 805 the 8 is the highest digit of that number and 0 the lowest and
5 the in-between or middle digit.
142 = LstHstMe or Lowest, Highest and Middle.
This filter is for removing or filtering out from your source of combos those number
combinations that have particular digits in one or more of the Lowest, Middle and
Highest positions.
For example you might want to filter out all combos that have the 6 and 7 digits
in the Lowest position 6,7LstXXand or those that have a 1 and a 8 on the Middle
position X1,8MX and or those that have a 2 and a 3 on the Highest position XX2,3Hst.

0 1 2 3 4 are Low digits.
This filter is for removing those number combinations that have Low digits in either
or the Lth, M and Rth positions.

This filter is for removing combinations that have any one of those Sets by position.

These filters are for removing or filtering out any number combinations that have

893 = Closed-Closed-Open.
O = Open
C = Closed
S = Straight.

This filter is for removing any combinations, that have one or more digits by "same
position" as those of the very last draw.
For example if the last draw had a 4 in the Lth position you can remove all combinations
that also have a 4 in the Lth position.

Let us talk a little about pairs.
There are 100 straight pairs from 00 to 99.
10 of them are doubles 00,11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99.
So not counting those, then there are 90 straight pairs.
Also I think that there are 10 straight sequential pairs:
01,12,23,34,45,56,67,78,89,90.
Also there are 10 sequential "REVERSED" pairs:
10,21,32,43,54,65,76,87,98,09.
There are 3 pick 3 pairs: Lth (Front), Rth (Back) and side(s).
There are 55 any-order or boxed pairs, 10 of them are the doubles (same 10 pairs
for straight: 00 11 etc..), and 45 single(s), 90/2 = 90 divided by 2 = 45.
So when working with boxed combos, you will work with only the 10 doubles and the
45 boxed singles.
I again say, there are straight sequential pairs, reversed sequential, doubles and
non-sequentials (most of them).
First of all: Sometimes you must put or use both daily draws together and other
times you should not, by checking the recent history of the winning numbers against
your system that should tell you if you need to use only one daily's draws or both.
Most of the time, (but not always) it seems that none of the 3 pairs from the last
draw will repeat or come out again on the very next draw on any of the 3 pick 3
positions.
As for the same pair position, you have to check your state's past draws, but it
seems that most often a pair won't repeat on the same position for from 5 to 10
draws, a pair might not even repeat often on "ANY" postion for the next
1 to 5 draws.
Sometimes pairs won't repeat on the same position for even up to 20-25 draws or
more.
There are also ALL LOW pairs, ALL HIGH pairs, ALL EVEN pairs, ALL ODD pairs also:
SPLIT pairs like: LH,HL,EO,OE.
Pairs have Sums (From 0 to 18),Roots (From 0 to 9) and Last Digit Sum Roots (From
0 to 9).
As with digits there is frequency: Cold and Hot and or whatever else.
Pairs can repeat on any position as they were (straight)or reversed.
That is all for pairs now.

First Lesson- High-Low filter. Straight and Boxed (Any-Order)

Let us start with the High and Low filter for pick 3.
Low digits 0,1,2,3,4. High digits 5,6,7,8,9
There are all possible patterns for it:
HHH-HHL-LHH-HLH-LLL-LLH-HLL-LHL.
Now I will show with the numbers:

As you can see, the pick 3 High-Low patterns change most of the time on most of the pick 3 games from one draw to the "very next" draw.
This means that a High-Low pattern that came on one draw is not very likely to repeat right away on the very next draw. Also there is a chance that it might not even often come out again on the draw "after" the very next one either as shown on the above pick 3 draws.
This also means that if you are playing STRAIGHT (NOT BOXED) pick 3 that you should not often play any pick 3 numbers or combos that also have exactly the same High-Low pattern(s) as the last 1 or 2 pick 3 draws.
If this is not understood let me know so that I can try to explain it again.
Let us say that you have a list of combos like the 1000 pick 3 straight combos or some other list of straight combos, if you want to play straight and not any-order or boxed, out of that list you would not play any combos that had the same High-Low pattern as that of the last 1 or 2 draws, in other words you would filter out or eliminate those combos from play.
You would still have way too many combos or numbers left there to play, so then you would also need to use many other filters to filter out or eliminate many more of those combos.

As you can see for the pick 3 it does not work as well as it does for straights, because this is a MOSTLY straight filter to use.
For boxed use you would use it with the 120 boxed singles and or the 90 boxed doubles, or with any boxed combos that you might want to use them with in the same way as told above with the straights combos and filters.

Second Lesson- Even-Odd Filter Straight and Boxed (Any-Order)
This filter is the Twin or brother (sister) of the High-Low Filter and works in the same basic way(s).
As with the High-Low filter there are also 8 Even-Odd STRAIGHT Patterns.
EEE EEO EOE OEE, OOO OOE OEO EOO AS I said before I can and do make some mistakes, you will have to fix those yourself.

As you can see, "most of the time" the Even-Odd patterns won't repeat from one draw to the very next one so you would not play next any combos that have the same Odd-Even pattern as the one on the last draw. Often you can use the last 2 draws for this not only the very last one, but the more last draws used in this way, the riskier that it gets.
This is used in the same way as for the High-Low filter.

With this filter you might be able to eliminate the Open-closed-straight patterns not just from the last 1 or 2 draws but maybe from many more draws.
It is used the same as other straight patterns fiters to eliminate or filter out combos with bad patterns from the 1000 or other sources of straight combos or numbers.

Lesson # 5
Sums, Last Digit Roots and Roots - Many people know about them already.
They are for both, Straight and Boxed (Any-Order) combos and filtering.
And they are used in about the same way as other filters from before.

There are 27 possible sums for the 3 digits of pick 3 games. 0 to 27
Y + Y + Y = SUMS (One or two digits from 0 to 27)

Last Digit Roots are from 0 to 9 there are 10 of them, they are the very last digit of the sums, if the sum has only one digit then it is the LDR also.
7-3-8=18 SUM and 8 Last Digit Root.

Roots there are 10 roots from 0 to 9, they are the sum of the sum, or if the sum has only one digit then that is also the root, like:
738=18 sum = 1+8=9 ROOT

As I said they are for both Straight and Boxed filtering, you can use the last draw or last 2 draws or more, but the more last draws that you use the riskier that it gets.

Another way of using any kind of filter is to try to predict which filter pattern or patterns will be coming out on the next draw or next few draws, you can try to filter that way also if you want to

Another filter
The Spike/Trough Gauss Filter From Sedertree.
Here is a partial reprint of one of his old posts.
By applying a standard deviation to all the probable digits (0-9). The digits 0,1,8 and 9 fall on the outer 40% (Trough) of the bell curve. While the digits 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 comprise the inner 60% (Spike) of the bell curve.
This filter produces number matrices with the following probabilities:
3-Digit
SSS = 21.6%
SST = 14.4%
STS = 14.4%
TSS = 14.4%
TTS = 9.6%
TST = 9.6%
STT = 9.6%
TTT = 6.4%
For short I will called the OUT-IN Filter instead, or the S-T Filter.

The 3 letter designations on the left are for Straight number filtering and or predictions.
And the Mostly and All on the right are for Boxed combo filtering and or predictions.
Sedertree said that from 70 to 80 % of all combos will have at least one T Pattern on their make up. The T are the 0 1 8 9 digits.
Now Spaces are next: This filter is both a straight and a box filter, depending how you use it.
Spaces are the spaces between digits and or from one digit to another.
Like 6-2 = 4 spaces, 6-8-2 = 6>8=2 6>2=4 8>2=6 substract the lowest digit from the highest one.
It's also called LENGHT or DISTANCE from one digit to another one.
It is used with pick 3 pairs and every pick 3 combos has 3 pairs, so also hast 3 spaces.
It is used mostly with from the LOWEST digit to the HIGHEST digit, to tell the lenght of the pick 3 combo like this:

As you can see, very often, but not always the lenght between the lowest and the highest digit changes and it's not the same from one draw to the very next draw online.
This filter is used in the same way as all the other filters from before to eliminate (filter out) and or to predict the next filter pattern(s).
Besides or instead of lowest to high, we could had done the the left pair then the right pair and last the side pairs like this:

As you can see the spaces repeat sometimes, but most often they don't, from one draw to the next-one.
Now I will do CONSECUTIVES depending how you use this filter(s) they (it) can be used for straight or boxed filtering and or prediction.
There are 2 digit consecutives (partial consecutives or false) and 3 digit consecutives.
There also are Straight consecutives, like: 01,12,23,34,45,56,67,78,89,90 For pairs or 2 digits.
And straight consecutives for 3 digits like: 012,123,234,345,456,567,678,789,890,901.
Reverse consecutives for 2 digits like 10,21,32,43,54,65,76,87,98,09.
And for 3 digits like: 210,321,432,543,654,765,876,987,098,109.

As you saw there are only 10, 3 digit straight consecutives (I think, but might be wrong), so they don't show-up or come-out very often, so some people don't play them at all, or play them only when they appear to be due or overdue.
The next combos are from the Lottery Post's RNG:
FP=Front Pair, BP=Back Pair, SP=Side Pair. or
LP=Left Pair, RP=Right Pair, SP=Side Pair.
SC=Straight Consecutive
RC=Reverse Consecutive.
798=Any-Order or Boxed 3 digit Consecutive.

Let us talk a little about pairs.
There are 100 straight pairs from 00 to 99.
10 of them are doubles 00,11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99.
So not counting those, then there are 90 straight pairs.
Also I think that there are 10 straight sequential pairs:
01,12,23,34,45,56,67,78,89,90.
Also there are 10 sequential "REVERSED" pairs:
10,21,32,43,54,65,76,87,98,09.
There are 3 pick 3 pairs: Lth (Front), Rth (Back) and side(s).
There are 55 any-order or boxed pairs, 10 of them are the doubles (same 10 pairs for straight: 00 11 etc..), and 45 single(s), 90/2 = 90 divided by 2 = 45.
So when working with boxed combos, you will work with only the 10 doubles and the 45 boxed singles.
I again say, there are straight sequential pairs, reversed sequential, doubles and non-sequentials (most of them).
First of all: Sometimes you must put or use both daily draws together and other times you should not, by checking the recent history of the winning numbers against your system that should tell you if you need to use only one daily's draws or both.
Most of the time, (but not always) it seems that none of the 3 pairs from the last draw will repeat or come out again on the very next draw on any of the 3 pick 3 positions.
As for the same pair position, you have to check your state's past draws, but it seems that most often a pair won't repeat on the same position for from 5 to 10 draws, a pair might not even repeat often on "ANY" postion for the next 1 to 5 draws.
Sometimes pairs won't repeat on the same position for even up to 20-25 draws or more.
There are also ALL LOW pairs, ALL HIGH pairs, ALL EVEN pairs, ALL ODD pairs also:
SPLIT pairs like: LH,HL,EO,OE.
Pairs have Sums (From 0 to 18),Roots (From 0 to 9) and Last Digit Sum Roots (From 0 to 9).
As with digits there is frequency: Cold and Hot and or whatever else.
Pairs can repeat on any position as they were (straight)or reversed.
That is all for pairs now.
ODDS and ENDS (other things).
The identical filter: How many of the same or identical digits will repeat from the last draw to the next draw.
There are same position identicals and any-position or boxed identicals and or a mix of both, that is all for that filter.

Most pick 3 numbers will have a low digit, a medium digit and a high digit, except for doubles and the low digit will most of the time will be from digit 0 to 5, the middle from 2 to 7 and the high from 4 to 9, as is said not always , but very often.
Lowest digit = 0 to 5
Middle digit = 2 to 7
Highest digit = 4 to 9.
Now on spaces, the distance from the lowest digit to the highest digit on the pick 3, most of the time might be from 3 to 7 spaces.
Substract the lowest digit from the highest digit and most of the time should be from 3 to 7 spaces.
Also the sequences of lowest, middle and highest will very often change from draw to draw.

I forgot to tell you about the Low-Medium-High filter:
There are several variations of this filter I will now show you one of them that applies to the 2 previous posts that I made.
The lowest of the pick 3 digits would be the LOW.
The highest of the pick 3 digits would be the HIGH.
And the one in between them would be the MEDIUM or MIDDLE.
For doubles there would be one Low and two Highs or two Lows and one High.
Triples don't use this filter at all of course.

This particular variation of the High-Low filter is the best-one of them all and this filter is one of the best of ALL filters.

Yes, there are several variations of this filter.
Also like:
0 1 2 3 Low, 4 5 Medium, 6 7 8 9 High and:
0 1 2 Low, 3 4 5 6 Medium, 7 8 9 High and what I used above:
Lower (Low), Medium and Higher (High) like 025.
We also of course have:
Low: 0 1 2 3 4 and High 5 6 7 8 9.
Even: 0 2 4 6 8 and Odd: 1 3 5 7 9.
All lows 240, all highs 795
Mostly lows: 293, Mostly Highs: 854
All evens: 284, All odds: 915.
Mostly evens: 285, Mostly Odds: 156.
Also, roots, sums and last digit sum roots.
Open, Closed, Straight: I am not sure, but I think that it goes like these:
Open 2 3 5
Closed 0 6 8 9
Straight 1 4 7
So, 827 = COS = Closed-Open-Straight.
There is also lenght between digits 6 to 1 = 5 digits lenght.
Pairs like 235 = 23, 35 and 25 pairs.

The lottery ping pong balls are just that and nothing else, they are not numbers nor letters nor anything else, just regular ping pong balls and then don't mean anything at all, they are all the same and have the same characteristics: They are white, full of air (I think), have the same weight are round and smooth and what-ever else, as that they are of no value to the state lotteries, so numbers (digits) have to be put or painted on them, this way you can tell one ball from the others.
Numbers (Digits) that is the first characteristic, and like all other characteristics that we are going to give to the ping pong ball is purely and completely artificial that is that is not inherent of the ping pong balls.
All filters are imagined or imaginary added artificial characteristics that we give to the ping pong balls that is the true nature of filters (not really of all filters, but of very many of them or of most of them).

The pick 3 is made-up of 3 digits x x x and the pick 4 of 4 x x x x.
There are 10 possible digits by pick 3 and pick 4 position: 0 to 9, 0 to 9, 0 to 9 and one more 0 to 9 for the pick 4, so pick 3, 10x10x10=1000 pick 3 (Straight) numbers or combos and the pick 4, 10x10x10x10=10,000 possible straight combos or numbers, "combos" means combinations.
One of the uses of filters is to take a group of numbers (Combos) that you think that have or might have the winning number among or in them and to try to reduce the ammount or number of those combos so that when you are finished filtering them you will have not too many numbers to play out of that group and hopefully if the filtering was done right and or you was lucky maybe the winning number will be among those few numbers or combos that you kept and not among those that you filtered out or got rid of.
So to start with, we need a source or pool of numbers or group of them that have or contain the next pick 3 or pick 4 or lottery winning number.
Then out of all those many numbers we will try to eliminate or get rid of or filter out many of those numbers that are not the next winning number to come out and we will try to keep the winning number among a smaller group of numbers that later we will play and try to win with.
Filtering is a way of getting rid of excess numbers or of bad or unlikely combinations or numbers so that when the filtering is done, maybe we will be left with only the best or more likely numbers that might contain or have among them the next winning number or combo.
As I said, you need a source or group of numbers that have or might have the winning number among them.
First of all, you need to know or guess if that source or group of numbers have the winning number straight or any-order (boxed) and or if you want to play the winning number boxed or straight.
Many sources or groups of pick 3 numbers might have the next winning pick 3 number boxed, but not straight, so maybe many people more often will try to get the winning number boxed and not straight.
Instead of trying to filter numbers out, you could try to predict or guess "Filter patterns" as some people often do.

So first you will chose a source or group of numbers and then you will decide if you want to get the winning number out of them straight or boxed.

You can do some filtering by hand and or using NotePad or WorPad and or you can use a computer lottery program and or spreadsheet or you can use the Lottery post's Deflate 3 or 4 systems.

Filtering will be done with filters using filter pattern statistics and or a guess, sometimes guessing might be just as good or even better than statistics if you don't "OVERFILTER", using filters to reduce and or to get the winning number with is always a very risky thing to do and so the more filters that you use the more risk that you take, the lottery is a RANDOM GAME and as such there are no guaraties of any kind, in the end everything is just a guess.
If the winning number was one among that group of numbers that you used, by using filters you could get rid of it or filter it out together with other numbers, when using filters is understood that that is a risk that you take and so the more filters that you use the more risk that you also take.

The group of numbers that you use can be from the numbers that one or more people predicted and posted on the pick 3 or pick 4 forum and or at the prediction page(s).
Or it can be the full 1000 straight pick 3 numbers or the full 220 boxed pick 3 numbers or the 120 single boxed numbers or the 90 boxed doubles or the 270 straight doubles or my 80 best boxed singles or the 3 digit consecutives or the 2 digit consecutives or the 2 high and 1 low combos or the 2 low and 1 high combos or the 2 even and 1 odd combos or the 2 odd and 1 even combos or a combination of some of those or maybe you are using the last 40 or the last 80 or the last 110 to 220 past draws to get the winning number out of, or you might be trying to get the winning number out of some numbers given to you by some computer program that predicts and gives numbers, but might give too many of them and you want to reduce them some.

Filters are based on, imagination, statistics, and on randomness itself.
Filters are based on what you see and on what you don't see on your observations of the history of the winning numbers.
First of all you need to know the general make-up or structure of the game, then you need to attach or give to the winning numbers as many artificial and imagined characteristics as you can come up with, you will study the behavior of the past winning numbers as detailed or given in accord to those attached or given artificial CHARACTERISTIC PATTERNS.
Randomness itself works just as much with you (To help you) as it does against you, randomness is neutral, but you can use it to your benefit and work with it.

"What are the "bad or unlikely combinations"? "
Our study of the past draws will give us indications as to which filters and filter patterns we should use to eliminate unlikely combinations or numbers with, for example:
When we study the history of the winning numbers we see that the lowest, medium and highest pattern arangement of the winning numbers changes very often or most of the time from one draw to the very next draw, for example:
These are Tx pick 3 actual past draws:
Oct 8 2004 852
Oct 7 2004 182
Oct 6 2004 688
Oct 5 2004 356 for the moment that is enough.
The 356 = Lowest, Medium, Highest.
The 688 = Lowest, Highest, Highest.
The 182 = Lowest, Highest, Mediun.
The 852 = Highest, Medium, Lowest.
So we see that the highest, medium, lowest pattern, changes very often from one draw to the next.
So it would be a bad bet to play next numbers or combos that have the same highest, medium, lowest pattern as that of the last winning number.
So bad or unlikely numbers to play next would be numbers or combos that have the same of that same pattern as that of the last winning draw.
That is just one example out of many others.

You will have and need a copy of so many past winning history numbers for the particular state and draw (Day or night or mixed) that you want to play next.
Then you will get the sums of so many of those recent or fairly recent (maybe the last month or so worth of draws) and study the distribution of the particular sums.
There are 28 sums from 0 to 27, the lower and the higher sums belong to few combos, must of the combos have sums in the middle range, like maybe between 7 and 21 sums or so. Take a look at the Pick 3 sums and roots chart. So most of the time those sums will be the ones that will be coming out.

The numbers are random, so therefore it is very possible, but also very unlikely that the sum of the last winning number will always repeat again in just the very next winning draw, it will happen, but should not happen all of the time, it should not happen not even very often, or you will know that there is something very very wrong with the game, it could then be fixed, because according to random law, it should only happen sometimes, but not very very often.

So you will take a look at your list of past winning numbers and their sums and see which of those sums would be the most unlikely to come out next, you have to sudy their behavior of repetitions = cold-hot, skips, ammount of times etc.

For example I might take a look at some of the past Texas draws and say that the "second" and the "sixth" last winning draws have sums that are not very likely to repeat again on the very next winning draw, so therefore I will use those 2 sums as filters to use for the very next draw.
You will have to study the past winning draws for your state and game and see if also for your state and draw the 2nd and the 6th past winning draws have sums that don't very often repeat on the very next winning draw on many or most of the past 30 to 60 last winning draws.

That was for the sums filter, but also for the Last Digit Sums Root Filter, which is the last digit of the sums filter like: 378 = 18 sum and 8 Last Digit Sum Root. The 8 is the last digit or the only digit in some cases of the sum like: 007 = 7 sum, 7 last digit sum root and 8 "regular" root also.

If you study the winning past draws you will see that the last digit of the sums (The last digit sum root) will not repeat on any sum just as the complete sum itself won't repeat and that will let you or allow you to get rid of many sums that way instead of just the one sum, so many times if you was going to filter the 15 sum for example, you can also filter the # 5 Last digit sum root, in other words all sums that have a # 5 in the end like: 5, 15 and 25, 3 sums for the price of one so to speak.
You have to study the history of the winning numbers for your state and game to see if this is often possible to do without getting rid of the winning sum too often in the process.
Also you have to study to learn which past draw or draws have the sum or sums that you will use as filters or eliminators for the next winning draw.

Roots next, the same process or method more or less.
For example, by study you could find that often or most of the time it might be safe to use as filters for Texas the roots of the 4th and 5th winning draws, in other words you would filter out or get rid of any numbers or combos that have the very same REGULAR ROOTS or STANDARD roots as the last 4th and 5th winning draws.
Study and then statistics will tell you what happens often and what not happens often, so what you can use and what you should not use or as it might be.

LineWidth is the difference in digits or digit spaces between one digit and another, in the above example it was the difference in digits between the lowest and highest digit of the pick 3 numbers.
Foe example: 6 9 8 the 6 is the lowest digit and the 9 is the highest, so that pick 3 number has a line width or digit difference of 3 or 3 digits, like 6 + 3 = 9, six lowest, 3 difference and 9 highest.

If you study the pick 3 history of winning numbers you will see that very often the line width of the last draw's winning number will not right away repeat on the very next draw. it will repeat, but not on every draw and not very very often, if it does then there is something wrong with the game, it could be fixed.
The differences that should come out the most on the pick 3 are combos that have a line width or digit difference from lowest to high of 2 to 7 digits.
For Texas maybe it could be O.K. to filter out or to use as a filter the line width or digit difference of the 6th last draw. By study of the past draws you will see which line widths might be O.K. to use as filters for the very next draw.

Because the numbers (combos) are random and the filters have many patterns is very unlikely that all of the last winning number's patterns with show upor come back again right on the next winning draw, some might and will often, but not all of them, that is why you should be flexible and not only use the last draw as your only source of filters or filter patterns, as I told you above by study and observation you will see that often opr many times it might be even best or better to use other past draws other than the last as filter patterns to use.
Observation or study of the past draws will show you what is best to use the most often and as conditions appear to change or change so change the particular past draw and or draws that you use their patterns as filters, the state lotteries are very tricky once they learn which draws you use as which pattern filters they might change them so then you will also have to change along with them and then use the past draws that you use as which patterns filters as explained on one of the above posts, be tricky as the state lotteries are and also flexible as they also are, learn to change study of past draws will guide you, their pattern statistics will, work with the random flow. not against it.

About a particular workout I said these things:
I used the last draws last digit sum root and the 4th last, last digit sum root.
I also used the 4th last standard root as a filter added 1 digit to the last root which was 3 and then made it into a 4 and then used the 4 as a root filter.
The EOO was the Even-Odd patern of the last draw and I used it as a filter.
I used the 2nd last draw's High-Low pattern as a filter.
And I used 2,1,9 as line width filters also I don't remember why.
And that is it.
You have to study a state's past winning numbers and be very familiar with them before you try to use any filters at all with that state.

5, 4 and 2 are very common digit differences from low to middle digit as seen above
1 and 2 is very common digit difference from medium to high as seen above.
As seen above the digit space difference from Low to high is mostly from 1 to 8
And for singles most of the time:
The lowest digits will be from 0 to 5
The middle digits from 2 to 7
The highest from 4 to 9
And the digit difference from Low to Medium is from 2 to 5 for the most part
And from Medium to High is from 0 to 2 for the most part on these Tx picks for the last 2 weeks.
And for singles all 3 differences are different on the same combo most of the time.
Very often the low to middle will be higher than the middle to high on these 2 weeks.
And of course this is just 1 filter out of many of them.
And the low to high total combo difference repeats a lot from 1 draw to the next on these combos.
There is a 0 to 6 digit difference from L-M to M-H difference of differences. Comprende ?
Doubles will always have a pair with a difference of 0.
Singles will never have any pairs with a difference of 0.
