Good find Hearsetrax. You know I think this is how David Lee Edwards lost his Florida mansion. I couldn't figure out how the HOA had any claim over his house back then. Pretty much clears it up and reinforces my feelings that HOA suck. For my dream home I have my eye on a couple of places that DO have HOA fees, those are now off the list.
