I watched the interview. Mitch McConnell used the art of political gibberish to get around saying that Trump was qualified to be president. It was obvious that he thought that he wasn't and wouldn't go on record saying that he was. It is very hard to convince yourself that something is true when you know in your heart that it is NOT.
