Not a good scenario. We have a dead convicted felon who was carrying a gun even though it was illegal because he was afraid of getting robbed.
I'm sure he was turning his life around and his outlook for the future was bright.

Granted, the gun wasn't a good idea but, he was pinned to the ground by both officers and one arm was stretched out completely with a knee on it. The cop 'aimed' his gun at him without having actually being threatened...and shot him. The man has shots in his back according to the autopsy. Did they order him to get on the ground? Did he refuse the order? Did he threaten to shoot or reach towards his pocket where the gun was? The store owner said they pulled a hand gun from his pocket which means it was still there when they shot him on the ground.
