The grandson is going to HELL. No doubt about it. I wouldn't do what the grandparents did. Never
sign over your rights to your property to anyone, not ever your children. I remember one time, a
couple who co-signed for their son to get a business going, and the business went under. The parents had their house taken away. Don't trust anyone!
