Speedy-The reason this country is divided is BLACKS don't care if people are qualified for a position or not. Give it to them anyway, they are BLACK. Like the OSCAR nominations, even though they don't qualify, give them a nomination anyways, they are BLACK. Admitting Blacks to college, they don't qualify, because of low scores, let them attend anyway, they are BLACK. This has been going on for 50 years and the majority of the BLACKS. Especially the BLM'ers are still not qualified for anything and never will be.
