I think it's gonna be oil and water all the way through. As things progress here, the comparisons and contrasts will become very distinct with Trump and Pence. Just as Trump went on 60 Minutes and said he doesn't care about Pence voting and endorsing the Iraq war while slamming Hillary for the exact same thing, everything else will follow suit in terms of being extremely contradictory. For him to say that it's okay for Pence to make that mistake on the war but, it's not okay for Hillary is clearly and openly gender discrimination. This is the reason why Lesley Stahl, the interviewer, appeared shocked the moment he said it. Likewise, even Pence had to glare at him on that "I don't care" part. I'm betting that Cruz is steering clear of Pence from here on out because the situation is both fluid and very volatile.
