Hmmmm. She was ordered to removed the pin as it made a political statement. Now, I wonder how that would've worked out had she strolled in with a Blue Lives Matter pin on? Better yet, what if an officer decides to come in with a Blue Lives Matter pin? The judge seems to be treating this the same way that the voting environment is where you cannot wear politically-motivated shirts or hats I believe. Gonna keep a close eye on this, and, do some serious research on similar cases 'cause I'm seeing where an attack on the 1st Amendment is ramping up.

The courtroom is not place for political agenda, or as a means of swaying a jury.
And no, cops are not allowed to wear Blue Lives Matter in court, already know that as my friend in the Canton Police Department gave me the rules for which they can wear them.
The bracelets are mostly for friends and family.

I see that he makes NO mention about the Lawyer who was wearing the pin to whether it was right or wrong, only proceeded to try and criticize others. No Morals or Integrity in the statements, just more Liberal BS.
A Court room is for Law, not to represent any political BS, but I guess he didn't learn that either. His rants are void of any meaning whatsoever..

This is not a 1st Amendment issue, at my job I am not allowed to wear anything with a logo on it, nike, target, etc. not even allowed to wear a Red Wings pin on any company clothing, apron, cooler jacket etc.
I am not allowed to be seen drinking, smoking while wearing company clothing.
If after work pictures are being taken at a bar, we had all make sure we are not in company clothing.

Haven't you guys learned that anything a Black wants to do is o.k. They don't have to follow rules, they are exempt.

sully16, your comments are appreciated and thanks for actually sticking to the subject matter. Could you make an exception, just this one time, and inform your unwilling-to-comprehend friends that my first and second sentences addressed both the lawyer AND the right or wrong of it? Nothing black about it except the representation of the pin itself, right? Furthermore, I contrasted this with ANY officer black, white, purple, tan, Trump-orange, or otherwise in my third sentence which is also 'policy' related. Lastly, my fourth sentence completely validates that I'm questioning this from a purely law-policy perspective because you're not allowed to wear such items when going to vote.

Wanna talk about splodeyheads? Both of your friends here are both cone and splodeyheads...maybe even skin heads, too. It took a WOMAN to actually break down what I said with COMMON SENSE and address it accordingly. I wasn't sure of it and you made it clearer. Thank you, AND THIS IS WHY WE NEED HILLARY INSTEAD OF TRUMP!

Unwilling to comprehend? Listen you throw so much BS whenever you blog it's incomprehensible. Wrong, your 1 & 2 sentences weren't about the lawyer and the right/wrong of it. The lawyer was ordered and REFUSDED. The second sentence you said " What if" not the right or wrong of it so it's BS again. Then you asked if an officer came in with Blue Lives matter pin. Wrong again. An officer wouldn't come in with that on in a courtroom, even a 5 year old knows that.
The judge is NOT treating it the same way as voting environment. The judge is treating this as , THIS IS His/her courtroom. their courtroom is not a platform for Political BS.
Furthermore, this has got nothing to do with the 1st amendment. What you fail to realize is that this was His/her courtroom and nothing else. The Lawyer was told to remove, they did not, sentenced to 5 day's jail time. Case closed, not What if...!
Now what the heading amounts to is nothing more or less. and as I stated earlier your rants are Void of any meaning whatsoever. democrats always have a problem with the truth and want to read into or interject what they feel is right, is it Rectaloptilitis?

Whatever it is, it obfuscates, misdirects, and uses incoherent rambling "what if" arguments, it is like chasing a squirrel running around in circles.

Speedy, once again, Mr. GAF is defacating in his own mouth after being so non-caring. How fascinating is it that? Then, we have rdgrnr's stem cell brother saying that my rants are void of any meaning whatsoever but, they BOTH continue to read and directly/personally respond to me. Can anyone say insanity? How is it possible to consistently discount a liberal's comments, irrefutably, while also allowing themselves to also respond to such void commentary? How?

Then, on top of that, I was talking to sully16 'cause the other three are just ate up on this topic. Know what? If these guys ever need to have x-rays done, they'll be in for a rude prognosis...'CAUSE I'M UNDER THEIR SKIN.

Precisely! They can't respond until you or me makes a comment. It's never about the topic. They have thin skin and is frustrated because Trump is such a disappointment to the repubs as a whole. They know that there is a distinct possibility that Hillary will be POTUS. This is eating them up. Too bad! Deal with reality.
