The NSA has access to ALL THOSE emails and this is what observant people already know. If there were anything incriminating with the emails, THEY'D KNOW. Hacking is nothing new, and, all countries spy on each other. But, it's the 'intent' of what Trump said that's being seriously scrutinized. Ain't nothin' good about being politically incorrect with 'supporting' a breach by our adversary.
