A delusional and overpaid, egotistical person who got bored doing TV shows. People who have Billions have done just about all there is to do n life. They have money and power, but it's not enough. Most Billionaires keep low, but his ego will be his downfall. Too much time on his hands. Like a big baby spoiled child that needs attention.
