Play by the rules?. by what rule do we permit gross negligence.   I am glad one player wins anywhere at anytime. Good for them. I did not say go against the rules.  I suggest we change what we agree to. The current rules of law and lottery lack truth, reason and objectivity. The big example is the lottery as a purely legal gambling operation run only by the state, as a game no one else can run. This makes it a monopoly game. The reality business purpose is monopoly, but the lottery is not. Excess Capital gains and legal privilege, like taxes, are not equitably shared with anyone, and we can see this result in the social system and its rules which suggest we are ignoring this. Clearly the result is (more) and more destroying of the natural environment and all the other presentations of disease in the society. Government and business and the people all. All for money ONLY.
