I think Comey came in with a hail Mary and helped to save America.
I think his hands were tied to a certain point, and he did what he could job be dammed.

There is supposed to be a hearing to decide if he broke the Hatch act law.
It swayed the election. The republicans think there is a free pass but there isnt!
