Iraq says it needs $100 Billion in aid-

imagine - just imagine what that kind of money could do to help our children and senior citizens who go to bed hungry.

If they got their oil production in order and exported they would not need aid.
The oil is only one item that could be exported.

I agree. Maybe if we find a way to anger the government, they'll send troops to destroy our homes and then rebuild them and give us aid. Unfortunately the only oil I have is vegetable. I used to have some valuable stock, but now I just have chicken & beef.

If Iran would quit exporting, arming and supporting terrorists to sabotage their oil facilities Iraq could get them up and running to full capacity.
