Despair and hope in Trump's America

Turns out that a little over (700) jobs were actually 'band-aided' by this numerical flop as Trump purposely threw in about (400) more which were never even proposed for leaving. The people holding those jobs are now realizing how they'll be penalized with higher taxes in the next session though thankful for having a job. One of the leaders has said that, "Trump lied his a$$ off!" As much as we liberals struggle with giving this man the benefit of the doubt, with good conscious and intentions, this is a sign of things to come and he hasn't even sat behind the 'big table' in the White House yet.
Let's look at Trump's latest lack of understanding with his lashing out at Boeing. First of all, Boeing is already under a binding contract, and, in the process of re-engineering the TWO AIR-FORCE 1's. Yes, that's right, TWO. Trump actually thought that his $4B number was for one plane and went on to make like he's quite the negotiator and knows his $hit when he's actually lacking. While $4B may be just a tad bit high, Boeing is already in with $170B for development to see what all is needed to re-do the planes. The Government Accountability Office has already estimated the cost to be $3.2B so no one really knows where the hell Trump got $4B from.
Oh, wait a minute, he just decided to throw the extra $800K in just like he threw in those (400) extra jobs. This man has simply dumbed down his non-mathematically inclined, too quick-ready to just believe, and unwilling to properly investigate desperados. It's showing, big time, and one such example is right here in these blogs.
-"I think it's awesome that you have already saved 1,100 jobs in Indiana."-
Sigh.
