At over $10 million a year just for vacations says he was POTUS just to collect taxpayer paid perks.

By law he must take 1 dollar per year.

400K is a drop in the bucket compared to what he will profit from all investments he has in foreign countries. One doesn't have to be smart to figure out that there are some shady dealings going on. All one needs is common sense and a sober mind.
