Harvard Law Prof Now Says At Least 30 GOP Electors May Flip

If this occurs every Presidential election in the future will depend on the electors, not the will of the people in the majority of states with the most electors.
States with the low elector count the people may as well not vote at all.
Republicans can mount an elector vote campaign in the future if a Democrat wins the Presidency.
