"Trump Hits Back at John Lewis

".......Lewis is invariably described as a “civil rights icon,” but the man is an utter fraud. He has been coasting on his 50-year-old reputation for decades. Andrew Breitbart exposed Lewis as a liar when he claimed, falsely, to have been subjected to racial epithets by a crowd outside the Capitol. Lewis disgracefully testified against Jeff Sessions’s nomination as Attorney General, again playing the fake race card. And, for what it’s worth, he didn’t consider George W. Bush a legitimate president, either.

There is no reason to treat John Lewis with kid gloves, and Donald Trump doesn’t do so. This morning he used his favorite medium to respond to Lewis’s slanders:

I watched his speech against Jeff Sessions, not a single word about Jeff, but how who grew up not far from Jeff and all the racism and segregation from 50 years ago.
He willfully ignored all that Sessions had done.
Now we got Sharpton marching around DC, He marching for civil rights...? really.
I think Sharpton might want to pay his back taxes, there's a new IRS Sherriff in town.

Thanks Sully. Sounds about right. Yes a new sheriff that doesn't target due to political position as has been shown happened under Obama.

Like many here have alluded to, Old Al Sharpton has a lot more to worry about than civil rights. With his IRS issues, his pals won't be around to protect him.

And now they are talking about the loud and off putting Cory Booker as the future DemoncRAT hope (big mistake), Sen. Booker is another loud mouthed self righteous politico that will not make it past Senator, another reason for term limits. What a back stabber to Sessions. Lewis should retire.

Thanks Unluckyone. Let's hope that shakes out fairly instead of what they've admitted to as targeting some, and apparently looking in the other directions for others.

Thanks Jarasan. I'm surprised he's not in Hollywood. He'd fit in really well with the rest of the actors.
