That'a way stand alone Rex, sorry for the people who are still suffering because of their government's non-realization that socialism & communism in theory & practice just doesn't work even in oil rich beautiful Venezuela on the Caribbean shore.

Venezuela's next big export is Baseball players, they see first hand on how we live and hopefully they will be instrumental in helping to change their Homeland for the better.

Thanks Eddessa. It worked as long as there was not an oil glut. They did not diversify which is one of the problems with central planning that "knows" it has all the answers.

I too am very sorry for the horrific suffering the people of Venezuela are being subjected to now.

My neighbor was a KFC store manager. He introduced me to his primary cook, who was Venezuelan. He is no longer a cook, he is the regional manager for 8 stores. He coined a phrase for KFC, " Keep #ucking Cooking". He has did quite well for himself and his family. He is what this country is about.

Thanks Carbob. I believe in the fundamental goodness of majority of people. Too bad in many governments the rotten ones have been ruling. I feel we're at a turning point in history where people will make that change.
