Not only in volume, but it value. You might be writing on a spiritual level, but I was also thinking about donations and the items we give to Goodwill. One day I was walking by Steinmart and saw a sign describing a program where they donate new clothing to the needy. It really made me think about all the clothes & furniture I've given away when the items are worn, don't fit any more or are no longer needed. That's always a nice gesture, but giving something away you really want means so much more. I used to be so generous when I was a child. If I had a nickel, the ice cream man would let me buy a broken popsicle and then I would share it with my friend who never had any money. I'd also walk 2 miles to school when I had bus tickets so the next day she could ride on the bus with me. I should learn from the person I once was, not who I became.

I hope that's not 100% true. My property manager is around 80 years old and has been coming over more often since his wife passed way last year. He just brought me a bottle of peach brandy. I am really zonked now. Anyway, he ain't gettin' nothin' back from me! LOL

Don't be so sure. That little blue pill has caused a lot of problems. I've read stories by women 75 who used to say "I finally got a little peace after 50 years of marriage" and now all their husbands want is a little piece every night. LOL
