The Social Security Administration is in charge of administering benefits. It is not the job of Social Security to define the Constitution.

I can't tell you how many times I was asked if I was depressed or owned a gun by a Doctor in the hospital, The FBI already knows what I own because they did a back ground check, be suspicious of any DR. that wants this info, they are the enemy as far as I am concerned.

Paranoid a little? You could see a doctor to write you a prescription to take care of that. Just answer the questions..
