Explain that to Speedy. The graduation rate in Ga is 72%, he believes they have a good system. Maybe he should look at the Far East and Europe.

Everyone on this blog has made grammatical errors, syntax errors, and punctuation errors. I don't waste my time correcting people when I understand what they are saying. That's too trivial and is just being an AZZ for the he11 of it.
