barry and the entire crew should be apprehended immediately!!!! Charges pressed and no bail.

Yep,
I remember reading at one time the President has the authority under the law to arrest those that interfere in government operations. I read some President at one time done just that.
I was trying to find it today but could not.

Thanks JAP. That makes sense but seems as if it would have to be done through the Justice Department with evidence presented from intelligence. I could not bring it up on a quick search.

I just found it.
It was under the Sedition Act of 1918 which was repealed in the 1920s.
Some guy named Debs was arrested under the act .
The only other thing that was not repealed was the Espionage Act. I did not read act that yet.
