I myself agree, that Paul Ryan should step down. His Function and effectiveness as the House Speaker is no longer viable to the American people as well as members of the House and Senate. He knew full well the Democrats weren't going to support this and didn't muster the votes for the Republicans and Conservatives. HE FAILED MISERABLY, and should step down.!!
