Do You Believe When I Say, Illinois Has Crooked Politicians??

This man, a convicted felon was elected Mayor. Does not make any difference , Republican or Democrat. There is a law in Illinois that says a felon can not hold office. Who in their right mind would vote to elect him??

Marion Barry was elected for a 4th term as mayor of DC after his crack conviction and doing time in prison. Maybe everyone in DC moved to Illinois.
