What galls my ass was that police departments were reviewed by the Obama justice department and were forced to sign consent forms or lose funding if they did not follow DOJ guidelines.
Now we have this sanctuary crap where they do not follow protocol for ICE notification. But they are pissed that funding could be pulled.
