Lucky and Speedy, you have it all wrong. Trump's just tweaking it as he goes. Those were his own words paraphrased. This way, no matter what happens, the change was an adjustment....Just like used cars and the better term, pre-owned cars, sounded much better...lol...Most dealerships stopped using the word USED.
