Well I like to play the state lotto Oregon Megabucks here in Oregon and I like to play Mega millions and Powerball too.  I am seriously thinking about just playing the minimum cost for each ticket to be in the games every drawing.  But play without the kicker, megaplier and powerplay option on my tickets.  So that I can keep my spending down on tickets.-weshar75
