Will I get Paid?
Published:
Updated:
The person who owes me money hit 1111 yesterday and is jumping up and down about other numbers they hit. I would say that is on your feet. I loaned them money to play and to get there.
I hope I get paid the money back she owes me. I really need my money. She have me on block in private and home email and I have no way of asking her if she will pay me back now.
How can someone owe someone money and not pay them back in good conscious?

Janet, I haven't made the announcement that I was "on my feet".
Even though you said, the first 2 transfers were gifts.
When my mother gets her government & pension checks I will see how much is left over & I will then transfer something to you.
The last two times she asked for money I didn't give it to her (taxes and a sick dog) and that's when she told me she had a guy giving her money to play pick 4s. Then soon after that she quit speaking to me and now I am blocked on all emails.
i never lend my money to others for gambling. and rarely for anything else for that matter. Sure i have helped people out but if they screw me even once i'm done with them. as far as loaning money.
i wish i had all the money i have given/loaned to people over the years and never got back. I could probably take a few vacations to Hawaii.
When people have bills that are bigger than their pay check then they should be concentrating on paying the bills not playing the lottery. Many times people hit the lottery for some good cash and then spend it all back trying to hit again. it a bad proposition all around. Cause the bills usually never get paid off. Because they need the cash they won to continue their gambling addiction. A win seems to fuel the fire and create some allusion that well, if i won the other day i might win today too.
Sorry this happened to you all don't loan money to a gambler no matter how big a heart you have. Unless you can afford to take the loss yourself.
In the past when i have given people money i knew i might never see it again this includes family members as well as close friends.

And I hope he doesn't mind if I post it here.
I don't see saleo paleo and laverne maloney posting a reply saying that these accusations aren't true. So I believe their saying the don't have to justify their actions not only to the people they borrowed the money from but also their fellow L.P. members. I believe Todd is probably disgusted by these revelations but it is us who should take action. We should block those members and not respond to any of their posts till we hear different.
I like fast eddie's advice too.
I know I can give the average person a good fight but I don't go looking for it. I love people. Bring on the Love, and I don't mind giving it.
It is wrongdoings that I dislike and I've never mistreated anyone out of pure meanness; except those people you would love to thump on the head, shut'em up and hope they sit down somewhere. lol
I cry every time I see the last part of "Scent of a Women" because integrity means so much to me. But you are right Rick G - people needed to know.
You can always take her to court.... and the court will be in your favor... you have the email to prove that you did not give the money as a gift..... It was a loan.... And you can prove that she had the money at one time to pay back...
I sorry that some one would do that.... But it hard to trust people now days..
You and emilyg have very good hearts.....
A thieft may think that he or she has gotten away... But in due time they will lose more than what they have gain...
So if you don't do anything about the matter, just know that the Man upstairs will in due time..
I don't have to justify anything to you or anyone Blue grass is nothing but a liar someone who is jealous that someone is much better than he is i have won more accidently than most of the people on the post has done working there mini little uneducated brains out for the pennies they win
Is it because they believe that the love you are showing at the time and the sad story makes it a gift? Laverne is telling people the same thing. It was a gift. A gift 5 times each time she asked for money? If it was a gift why was Laverne trying to send me a post dated check when I told her I didn't have any money. I didn't accept the check because I didn't want her to know my address and who wants a check from someone who never have money. I wish I had accepted that check now.
I think people who are in dire straight aren't thinking right at the time. They are under a lot of stress and all they want is money. They hope for a miracle. And the person who loan them money is the miracle and they see it as a gift. When you loan them the money they say thank you over and over and tell you how wonderful you are and you say something like "don't worry about it" and they take that as a gift forgetting that they said they will pay you back.
Saleo if you are so well taken care of - Pay the the money back to Emily. It will be the right thing to do and Laverne should do the same thing. Just pay the money back. That's all. Nobody just give someone money and nobody just out of the blue get blocked. Don't you want to pay back and give back the love that was given to you in the time of need. A decent person with integrity will pay the money back whether they think it was a gift or not. It's the right thing to do.
And Laverne tell her friends that I have negative energy concerning this issue and that's the reason she blocked me. Did I have negative energy when she were spending my money.
