Seems like they disabled the PLAYLIST shuffle, meaning a personalized playlist. I even enabled the crossed arrows symbol indicating shuffling of my playlist, but it keeps repeating the same song. Do I have o be a paying member?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I asked the question on the Spotify Community forums and still waiting for a response.
