Might want to read the CBO score. There is no decrease in programs for the poor. The yearly baseline increase for the programs have been adjusted for lower yearly baseline increases.

Surprise again!!!

Maybe he should just take all the poor and seniors to an edge of a high cliff and shove them off the edge. That would save a lot of money.

The poor has never been part of the repub's agenda. As far as they're concerned, they don't exist. SAD:<
