Thanks Sully. Were they conservatives they would have already been.

Thanks Eddessa. I have never been a fan of any of them. Additionally as vitriol spews from the mouths of some not on that list, they get placed on my mental don't bother to watch anything by them list.

I had to look up a few on that list b/c I had never heard of them. Madonna, Manson and Griffith are desperately trying to stay relevant, as is Rourke, although I suspect he's posturing in order that some Hollywood producer/director gives the old has-been a role, ditto for De Niro. The rappers need to get off the "purple drank" and go back to hitting the bong. Silverman has been trying to out-leftist David Letterman ever since their breakup.

I did not know who Larry Wilmore was and now that I read who he is, I don't care.   I never understood the love for Josh Whedon; being a fan of Sci Fi, I had heard people rave about "Firefly" and had a chance to watch the series a while back and other than a few of the actors in the show, found it silly - no wonder it was given the ax after a single season. The majority of the rest of his creations and work is nothing more than recycled comic book crap - aimed for 13 yr. olds or those adults on the same emotional level.

The name David Simon was familiar, but it was only after Googling his name I realized he was the creator of "The Wire", a terribly uneven series that made me think I'd never, ever want to visit Baltimore. At least he showed what a Democrat-controlled city becomes, same as Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, Houston, New Orleans, etc.

Lea DeLaria was another I had to Google, but I don't watch "Orange is the New Black" so I hadn't a clue as to who the person was. Looking at their photo in the article, I first thought "Well, maybe THAT dude could hurt Trump with a baseball bat.", then I found out she's a lesbian.   Her biggest problem is confusing - what I assume to be - her tough butch role on the prison show w/ real life.

But yeah, I'd say most of 'em are "unhinged".   Still, their hateful rhetoric doesn't offend me nearly as much as the celebs who promised to leave the U.S. if Trump was elected. I can have an iota of sympathy for these leftist nuts, but not a liar.

It's "Griffin", not "Griffith". That's how much I ever paid attention to her.

Thanks Mike. Since I don't watch tv or go to the movies I'm not in the loop as to who they are or are trying to be. Thanks much for the rundown.

I haven't been to a movie since "Titanic" and the only TV shows I've watched for the last five yrs. were those I could find online.(sans adverts, because I use an adblocker) I see no need to subsidize an industry that belittles me for where I live, how I vote and my core beliefs.

I also don't visit many news sites, even though I don't watch the network news. I do listen to the radio and read the headlines on a few site's portals, like Bing. I sometimes hit Drudge for the headlines, too, reading something in more detail if the story catches my eye.

Thanks Mike. A couple I post links from a lot are ZeroHedge and Powerlineblog.com. Second site is a group of conservative attorneys who ran with the Dan Rather story about Bush which was proven to be fake news. Basis of the story was fonts used to create authentic documents during the era and fonts shown on the document presented.
