Once the jury deliberation went beyond two days I figured a not guilty or mistrial.

Why are they calling it a mistrial? I always thought whenever they can't have a unanimous vote, it's called a hung jury.

BTW, I don't know about California, but in Florida you don't have to go to jury duty. Unless the letter mailed to you is a certified letter, throw it in the garbage. I talked to a sheriff and that's what he told me. I wish I had met him before so I didn't have to waste a day's pay.

At the end of the day it turned into a mistrial because too many people beiung selected had too many biases. One of them was me. I wrote down in my explanation before the trial that I was going to go with the flow of whatever the rest of the jury members would vote just to get this over with because I was losing money. And in this case it was a huge one that could have gone two weeks or more. Sorry, but I can't live on 10 bucks a day pay.

You should have seen one of the lawyers' face when I walked into the courtroom. He was giving me the evil eye...ahhaa ahaha ahahhaa

It seems to me that she took advantage of he and he took advantage of she, that they both were in it.
So I don't see as to how he can be guilty, she was in it just as much as he was, he would not leave here alone nor she he, they both got what they wanted from each other.
The whole thing is of course evil.
Maybe they deserve each other.

Obviously more to the entire circumstances......

My own question is what happened to my first original posting about the mistrial that preceded this one???

More unsolved mysteries :-(
