So true. If I walk into a store ready to get an argument from customer service, then I'm feel defensive and all tensed up, but if I walk in with a smile, it really goes a long way and often leads to a pleasant resolution.

Emily, I know why I often feel that way. I grew up on a reservation so I often dream about wigwams. The dreams got so vivid, I went to a psychiatrist. After being on medication, I began to dream about being in a teepee. This went on for months. I finally got a second opinion. The psychiatrist listened for a while and said "I've got it!" Wigwams, teepees ..... you're two tents!!   (groan)
