The white house has become a place where alternative facts are the norm. It has lost all of its dignity, splendor, and grander. Instead it has become a place of mockery, confusion, and ignorance.

Speedy, I recently enjoyed the entire reading production of George Orwell's 1984, again, and anyone else who's done the same will agree that we are actually living in what is a fictional publication. Trump began testing the waters with blatant lies way before he put his bid in for president and simply progressed from there with feedback he received. Actually, it was a lack of constructive feedback which got him to where he is currently. In its' own way, it is very fascinating to me.

They could be made to accept the most flagrant violations of reality, because they never fully grasped the enormity of what was demanded of them, and were not sufficiently interested in public events to notice what was happening.
