All government activities are the property of the government. Nothing is to be released unless authorized by the government. Leakers are giving unauthorized release of information to reporters which is stolen property. Journalist are the receivers of stolen property and should be prosecuted for publishing stolen property.
Just like a pawn shop owner knowingly receives stolen property and sells it.

Thanks JAP. Makes perfect sense. If some charges and prosecutions start taking place of leakers and receivers of the info, bet the tap runs dry real quick.
