I was reading reviews of that at Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb; the professional critics raved about it and the reviews on IMDb were mostly positive, but the ratings at both places weren't very good.

I'll tell you why I think his first "documentary" made such an impression: it was the soundtrack. The ominous music as smokestacks spewing poison into the air - never mind they were just venting steam and the frames had been darkened to make it look like real pollution- and the violin strings sobbing as the poor polar bear was "stranded" on the ice floe, miles from the main sheet of ice...never mind that they often swim long distances in their quest for seals.

Beautiful soundtrack, terribly boring subject material, not to mention so much of it was proved to be faulty or deliberately misleading calculations and most of the dire predictions have turned out to be false. People were swayed by the music, their emotions telling them to accept the "facts".

Thanks Mike. Guess he's not in the limelight anymore. From what I've heard there will be more info coming out soon on the subject refuting the agenda based on provable facts.

Plant trees. They breathe in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. Win/win.

Ya think maybe the general public has stopped listening to the pompous windbag's lies? The same old story gets old, do as I say not as I do. He is so impressed by his own importance, he doesn't see how hypocritical he's become with a 20,000 sq. ft mansion with a footprint larger than he ego.

Thanks Jarasan. I've heard that planetary warming always precedes a mini ice age and from my perspective that seems more logical. Pretty sure the earth has gone through many such cycles.
