You know, I'm not so sure if it's actually a mental health issue or more of just Trump doing what the hell he wants to do along with a heavy dose of appeasement for both the Russians and his base. The jury is still out on the prognosis. Trump says most of the things he does, which are actually and factually incorrect, because he knows his base will disregard and write it all off as opposing political correctness, draining the swamp, and just 'speaking his mind.' In the end, though, it all boils down to outright lies. Lately, he's playing politics when it comes to terrorism by rushing to condemn the Barcelona attacks and 'radical Islamic terrorism' but, Christmas came and went when it was his boys running over people in Charlottsville before he tweeted.

It's factually incorrect that 3-5 million people voted illegally, that Obama wire 'tapped' his phones/hotel, and that more people attended his inauguration than Obama's. He STILL persisted, though. Here's the deal, in my personal opinion, Trump is easily influenced himself by praise especially when it comes from the same entities that he claims to hate i.e. CNN, the failing NYTimes, and the fake WaPo. How can you hate CNN but then go and offer them a stellar interview slamming your own guys essentially? Furthermore, his own base only hates CNN when Trump tweets how he hates CNN but, when Trump extends credit to CNN, then they all get back on board with CNN and post articles by CNN...some evidence is right here in the LP Blogs.

In the end, though, Pence will never sign off on such an evaluation...NEVER, even if Trump goes as far as saying that Pence knew better than to go along with Flynn. Also, even though many Republicans are coming out and seriously questioning Trump's ability to even hold office (Tim Scott), they may be timid about ordering an evaluation for fear of Trump...maybe not. *Something to make an observation of here is that NONE of these Republicans made the same assertion about Obama not being able to hold our highest office and lead. This speaks volumes.
