Yes, it's true, but there's not any news story I could find w/ a cursory search. I guess that's to be expected b/c Texas has other things on its mind right now, after all.

Todd replied to my PM and confirmed that winners of $1 million or higher can be anonymous in the State of Texas.

I am surprised Todd hasn't written about and posted it? I agree, all eyes are on the hurricane and the aftermath. Pray for all of Texas and now Louisiana again.

So when are all the other states going to follow suit? IMO it should be the winners choice.
