Shocking story.

This just goes to show that some cops become drunk with power and develop their own rules of law. These are the ones that are a danger to society.

I actually have to agree with both of you. My understanding of the situation was a automobile which was being pursued crashed into an 18-wheeler. The driver of the 18-wheeler was taken to the hospital unconscious as a victim not a perpetrator of the accident. Were I asked to decide, I feel the nurse acted lawfully by presenting documentation to the officer.
